At the end of Taipei’s Old Di Hua street, existed houses that were built across streets, causing the illusion of walking into someone’s home. These buildings may not exist anymore. Cubism techniques express the qualities of the streets that intrigued Hsu, whilst the charm and warmth of Taiwan’s old streets displayed through the shades of brown,red, and green.
