Depicted are aerial views from the bird viewing park in the back gardens of Guan Du Temple. I combined the sunset and moonlight in this image as they both look especially beautiful in this wide and infinite wetland. When I was at Taipei High School, there were no apartments in this area; one can often see the flying geese returning to its nest in this original wetland. Combining Guan Du Temple’s overlapping temple roofs, the sunset, moonlight, fairies, shadows, flying geese and wetlands — a mysteriously poetic painting is completed throughCubist techniques.
